Popular with athletes as well as those with chronic pain, cupping is a massage technique that uses suction to relieve musculoskeletal pain and tension by breaking up fascial adhesions and pulling lactic acid from spasmed muscles. This allows muscles and tendons to release, brings fresh blood and oxygen to the area, relieves pain, reduces swelling and improves performance. Cupping may also be used to break up phlegm in the lungs and resolve fascial adhesions affecting internal organs. This is a 30-minute treatment using cups only (no needles) to address areas of concern.

This is a 1-hour appointment to address your health concerns through Classical Chinese and contemporary Western diet therapy, functional testing, supplementation and herbal medicine. We will look at your full health history, medications, supplements, current diet and lifestyle and create a tailored meal plan, herbal formula and supplement protocol designed to meet your health goals. Various labs may be recommended to discover underlying causes to your ongoing health challenges, which can be ordered through our office and will be analyzed and discussed with you upon availability of your results. 

 

We source all of our herbs and supplements from practitioner-only sources in order to ensure that our patients receive only the highest grade, most bioactive herbs, vitamins and minerals available. All custom herbal formulations are made in-house from our apothecary of over 500 herbs. We source our herbs from reputable suppliers with independent lab testing and choose organic herbs as much as possible. Supplements are available in-office or can be drop-shipped from suppliers to your home within one week.
